CDPCN has built phase 1.

CDPCN recently completed 60 new affordable housing apartments for Veterans at Westmoreland and Laurelhurst drives. The single story cottage style apartments were built in two phases which includes tax credit and market rate apartments.

 

Up next for CDPCN, the vacant land were a once blighted shopping center stood at Vegas Drive and Decatur. Within four story building CDPCN will build 196-unit 1 bedroom 1 bath and 2 bedroom 2 baths affordable and market rate apartments.

The second phase of a three-phased project is expected to get under way in late 2017.  Hawkins estimated the entire project, which could take about three years to build and would cost about $33 million.
